In celebration of the fact that the winning prints from our Persistent Vision Photo Contest are now on display in Bragg Creek, we’ve organized a little photography outing this coming Saturday. Here are the details:
Who: Darwin, Sam and…YOU! Bring your camera and questions — all skill levels.
What: A photo Walkabout around the town of Bragg Creek with some demonstrations related to outdoor photography including Lens Filtering Systems, Power of Live View and Choosing a Tripod!
When: Saturday, February from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Where: town of Bragg Creek, Alberta
Price: FREE! Plus every participant gets a free copy of our eBook, Essential and Advanced Filters
If you would like to spend your Saturday afternoon with us in the lovely hamlet of Bragg Creek, meet some new friends, and learn a little photography, please come out! We’ll be heading over to Creeker’s Bistro after the Walkabout to warm up with their delicious coffee and snacks and to check out the beautiful prints of the winning photographs printed by Cochrane’s own Winter Photographics! Plus, Darwin and I have a few prints of intimate landscapes on canvas printed by Branded Visuals of Bragg Creek, so if you’re curious to compare different printing materials or learn more about making prints, please join us for this informal event.
Please RSVP to info@oopoomoo.com to save your spot as space is limited to twenty participants. We’ll let you know where we’re meeting when we hear from you! Can’t make the Walkabout? If you’re coming to the Persistent Vision photography event, please stop in at Creeker’s Bistro in Bragg Creek and check out this wonderful print display!

I sure wish Kingston Ontario was closer to Bragg Creek. I bet this outing is terrific.
I have just started to look through your ebook on Iceland. The images are just incredible.
The two weeks you spent there must have been magical. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Iceland looks to be a beautiful and inspiring place to visit.

Hi Ron,
I asked Darwin if he would mind my sending you a comment –
The outing to Bragg Creek was great, pity you missed out!
I see you’re currently enjoying Sam & Darwin’s’ ‘Iceland’ presentation, if you’re interested, Royce Howland is running another photo tour there in July, all details are on his Web site – vividaspectphoto.com
Kind regards.
